- Yes, we have just started the beginning of the Bush Economic Depression. It will take many years to get out of this mess, primarily because we now have trade agreements that benefit foreign countries more then the USA. That is also a factor when comparing today's crisis to the great depression.

- I agree renard. It is absolutely impossible for an administration to be so incompetent. And Bush's Republican partners in the House and Senate backed him up every step of the way. As far as I am concerned, the Republican Party should be dissolved and all members investigated.

- The USA government is in bed with corporate executives. Your more likely to get a stiffer sentence stealing food from a grocery store then if you rip off investors for millions of dollars. And the judges are getting their cut of the loot too - you can bet on that.
